Product quality of the sign itself is good, HOWEVER the company did not send the correct number of mounting bolts with spacers. They then insisted that we purchase these locally before they would refund us. NOT an ideal way to fix a problem that the supplier created by undershipping parts! They should have simply looked online, seen that these bolts cost less than $10, and issued us a partial refund. That would have been excellent customer serivice, vbut it did NOT happen that way.
